The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations [CDM] requires You to ensure that certain duties in relation to Health and Safety are administered through the design and construction of projects.

Adams Smith Consulting are able to offer the full remit associated duties from review of design proposals, to issue of the relevant notices, production of tender stage Health and Safety Plans, appraisal of contract stage Plans, to the production / review of Health & Safety Files at project completion. 

We will amend our services in view of the impending legislation which will see the introduction of the "CDM Co-ordinator" in early 2007.
